The Orgbuild partnership
Six defined stages. Every partnership follows the same operating rhythm — from day-one setup to the founder finally stepping back without sacrificing growth.
You meet your dedicated account manager, walk through the current state of the business and the goals for the partnership, and get shown the working dashboard we'll run everything from.
You get added to a shared Slack channel with your team and ours — 1-2 dedicated recruiters, founder Jack, and your dedicated account manager. This is where ongoing communication, candidate pipelines and meeting logistics all live.
We screen every employee across the business in a data-mining process that paints a full picture of culture, leadership styles, wins, bottlenecks and challenges. It gets compiled into a 20+ page report full of insights and action items — quick wins, crucial hires, process optimisations. Arguably the most valuable part of the entire process.
We build out the organisation across the whole partnership. The roles you knew you needed, the roles the diagnosis exposed, and the leadership layer required to remove the founder as the key bottleneck. Hiring runs the full 12 months and is optimised by the reality report. No role is off-limits.
Your account manager constantly reviews company processes, systems and team performance to keep the build on track. They combine the Reality Report with consulting calls to identify process improvements and operational complexity — then hand back direction and actionable resources to fix each business function.
Real structure in the business — so the founder can finally take a step back without sacrificing growth. Key hires made, leadership in place, processes optimised and a proven A-Player acquisition system that keeps supporting growth from here forward.
Start with a 30-minute diagnostic. We'll walk you through what stage one would look like inside your company.
